Advanced Heavy Combat/Prototype Test: KCA IKS Etlh(A) vs KCA IKS Etlh(B)

Dev Notes:
This is the first advanced test of a custom made ship. Not only did it
involve the natural complexity (that needs to be ironed out) of Advanced
Heavy Combat, but it involved a completely new weapons system, the Etlh's
eight micro-torpedo launchers along its dorsal spine. I decided that they
couldn't be normal torpedos, because the ship would just be too powerful, so
not only does it cost four points to launch them, but they do half the
damage of normal torpedos. There are fewer assets given to sensors and
countermeasures. Even still, the launch of the torpedos tore the guts out of
the B ship in this engagement. I'm pleased with how it went, but there is
also need for a replay.
